Courts and bar regulators have taken many steps to accommodate lawyers' multijurisdictional practice but trends in interstate and global lawyering demand even greater attention to additional changes that are needed to harmonize regulation with what clients are asking law firms to do, speakers said June 5 at the ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility. The article reports on a presentation at the annual ABA Conference on Professional Responsibility in Seattle in which Steve participated.
